Want a Tasty Burger?

Where can you go to get a gourmet hamburger these days that's worth waiting for and delicious? Not many places. However, there is one place that's all flipped out about hamburgers. The place is called Flip Burger Boutique. Nestled on the corner of Piedmont and Roswell road in the heart of Buckhead, you'll find this attractive restaurant that's literally flipped and dipped in all white.

Okay! Now the good stuff....the food. First of all, if you are a beer connoisseur, beer pairings are important to help enhance the flavor of your gourmet burger. Therefore choose your burger first and then choose your beer. And don't forget your side dish. Make sure you order your burger medium well done, it will be perfect. If you decide to pay this place a visit here are a few suggestions.

Inside Flip Burger
First, get there before 7 pm to avoid the evening rush and cocktail lushes. Once you get your table and get comfortable place your order. There are two options I would recommend. The first option is to order the Bigger 12, a half pound beef patty with caramelized onions, Portabella mushrooms, horseradish mayo topped with their signature and delicious Swiss foam cheese. Everything is a la carte; it’s a burger boutique not fast food. So make sure you order there delectable Vodka battered onion rings, and it comes with a beer mustard dipping sauce that's tasty. Finally, go ahead and order that ice cold beer you've been waiting for. The beer of choice that should be paired with this meal is a Scottish Ale aged in oak barrels called Innis & Gunn. Now you are ready!

If you are the adventurous type when it comes to food, then try the Smaller 13, a sampler of three miniature burgers from the menu. Make sure you get a side salad to help digest all that beef. A great beer pairing for this dish is up in the air. All the sampler burgers taste different. Nonetheless, it will be an enjoyable meal and the atmosphere is very relaxing. www.flipburgerboutique.com
